--copy --folder
Copies a Folder.
Syntax
--copy --folder [argument, argument, ...]
Arguments
--slib=name
The source Library file name.
--tlib=name
The target Library file name. If omitted, the target Library will be the same as the source Library.
--fid=id
The ID of the Folder to copy.
--name=name
The name for the new Folder. If omitted, the name will be the same as the name of the source Folder.
--tfid
The target Folder ID. Optional.
--tpid
The target Project ID. Optional.
--targetroot
Copies the Folder to the root of the Library. Optional.
--flatten
Flattens Scenario dependencies.
Remarks
If --tfid, --tpid, and --targetroot are omitted then:
- If the source and target Libraries are the same, the copy will be created in the same location as the original.
- If the source and target Libraries are different, the copy will be created in the root of the target Library.
Examples
Copy Folder 123 in the Library my lib.ssim to a new Folder called CopyName:
--copy --folder --slib="my lib.ssim" --fid=123 --name=CopyName
Copy Folder 123 in Library lib1.ssim to Folder 345 in Library lib2.ssim:
--copy --folder --slib=lib1.ssim --tlib=lib2.ssim --fid=123 --tfid=345
